Welcome to Penbaga Events. By accessing our website at https://penbagaevents.com/ and using our event planning and rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services 
Penbaga Events provides event planning and rental services, including but not limited to venue decoration, equipment rental, and event coordination. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
2. Booking and payment
2.1 Booking Process: To book our services, you must contact us through our website, email, or phone. A detailed quote will be provided based on your requirements.
2.2 Deposit: A  deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote.
2.3 Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full  7 days before the event date. Payment can be made via E-transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed.
2.4 Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation and refunds
3.1 Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees may apply:
If you cancel 14 days before your event, your deposit is refunded; if you cancel 7 days before your event, 35% of your deposit is refunded. In the event of a cancellation 3 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
3.2 Penbaga Events Cancellation: If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any payments made.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1 Client Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but additional charges may apply.
4.2 Penbaga Events Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking to ensure the success of your event. We will notify you of any significant changes.
5. Use of rental equipment
5.1 Responsibility: You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of any rental equipment provided by Penbaga Events. Any damage or loss of rental equipment will be charged to you at the full replacement cost.
5.2 Return of Equipment: All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any late returns may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
6.1 Client Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold Penbaga Events harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
6.2 Penbaga Events Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Penbaga Events and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. The Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and of British Columbia more specifically. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
