Full Service Planning
Investment: starting at $4300
Full-Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend. This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job. This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

- One Hour Consultation to Discuss your vision
- 12-18 months out of planning and coordination
- Budget creation and management
- Style and theme concept design
- Venue selection support for your ceremony and reception
- A detailed, minute-by-minute wedding day itinerary
Vendor Management
- Vendor recommendations and full vendor management
- Attendance at vendor meetings as needed
- Thorough review of vendor contracts to confirm responsibilities and deliverables
- Final detail confirmations and vendor liaison in the days leading up to your wedding
- Post-event vendor follow-ups
Wedding Day
- Coordination and attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
- Wedding party and guest transportation arrangements
- Setup assistance for placecards, favours, guest book, and other event details
Partial Planning
Investment: starting at $2400
This package is designed for couples who only need some assistance during their planning process or are looking for a little guidance. This package includes:

Our Day of Wedding Coordination package is for the couple that has planned everything to perfection and wants a wedding coordinator to execute all of the details on their wedding day. This package includes:

Wedding Day

Wedding Consultation
Initial Consultation: $175/hour
Additional Consultation Sessions: $125/hour

Bridal Assistance is your dedicated personal attendant on your wedding day. It bridges the gap between relying on a family member or maid of honour and hiring an additional coordinator.
While your coordinator manages the wedding logistics and your bridal party celebrates alongside you, your bridal assistant is focused entirely on you. Weddings move quickly, and the couple often becomes the centre of every question, photo, and decision. Small details like your veil, bouquet, bustle, shoes, timeline, meals, or even finding a quiet moment can easily become overwhelming.
A bridal assistant remains by your side throughout the day, ensuring you stay comfortable, organized, and on schedule so you can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration. Words can’t explain how grateful I am to princess and her crew. I got the pleasure of having her as my day of coordinator for our wedding and leading up to the special day, she did everything in her power to make what I had in mind come to vision.
